I am back in Dublin again, and today we toured the Guinness brewery. It was a very polished tour, but you don’t actually get to see the Guinness being made since that is done in another part of the factory. The end of a brewery tour is always the best part. Jeremy and I enjoyed a Guinness from the top floor of the store house. It was a 360 degree view with walls of glass, yielding a breathtaking view of downtown Dublin. We also went to visit St. Patrick’s Cathedral and sat in the gardens to watch some children playing soccer. I think my tour of Irish churches is almost completed.
