After several planes, busses, and funny looking automobiles, I arrived on Royal Terrace in Edinburgh where I am living for a while. Jeremy and I are staying in a splendid manor house, and the place is very ornate. My first order of business was to see the new Star Wars movie at the Omni. Since then, Jeremy and I have spent the past few days experiencing Edinburgh’s bars and restaurants, along with attending our DDI expert committee meetings. It has been a blast meeting the faces behind my conference calls. It turns out these academic types like to eat and drink big, which is fine by me!
