Today I went to a Twins game with Chris, my old roommate from Madison! I bought a jumbo Chicago dog, which was the largest hotdog I have ever seen. There were more “fixins” on it that you can get at subway. It was very tasty at 11 in the morning! I was wishing for a bobble head doll in the second chance drawing the entire game. At 2:30 the Twins were still tied in the 12th inning, and the game was postponed until Sunday since the gophers were going to be playing in the evening. I guess we all know who is more important.
After the game I met up with the wild Bulgarian! I hadn’t seen Stefan since we were working in Boston together a year ago. He is also in the department here at UMN. We went out to Blarney Irish pub and then over to Sally’s. Sally’s has good chicken quesadillas too!
