About

I admit that sometimes I am not the easiest person to keep track of. Jetting off to here and there; I am never at home by my phone. Hopefully you can keep up to date with these notes. --Dan

Although I haven’t had a “Spring Break” for two years since I finished school, it was spring break time for those college aged friends of mine, and they all decided to visit Las Vegas for the week! Josh and Steve flew in on the 11th, with Jeremy+Sheila flying in on Friday night. Vegas is such a fabulous and fun place, especially for all these northerners! We sat around the pool under the palm trees most afternoons, and enjoyed the night life in the evenings. We did a few too many sake bombs and a bit too much Risk, the game of Global Domination!

We attempted to get into the after party for the 2nd annual celebrity charity weekend at curve, but Leena’s man with “the list” in the “white jacket” was nowhere to be found by the time we showed up. Jeremy and I were sad we didn’t get to meet the girls from the OC.

On Wednesday we drove over to Lake Mead and played on the Hoover dam. However, we didn’t play the game of Global Domination on the dam. Over the week we took in all the sights and sounds of the city, and also ate at the best Thai restaurant in North America, Lotus of Siam. Sadly at the end of the week, everyone had to fly back to the frozen northlands.
